Our Broad Oak Cheddar is traditionally-made, using British Frisian raw cows’ milk and wrapped in double muslin. We mature the cheeses for 12 months on wooden shelves, rubbing and turning each cheese twice a week. It’s perfectly crumbly, full flavoured and strong.

Tasting Notes: Made with the correct balance of acidity, it has a clean and sharp-edged flavour, with hints of sweet hay and a slight crunch.
